This role is essential in providing exceptional patient service, managing front desk operations, and supporting cosmetic surgery consultations and procedures. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a positive patient experience while efficiently handling administrative responsibilities. Your ability to communicate effectively in both languages will ensure seamless interactions with diverse patients, fostering trust and satisfaction from the initial contact through post-treatment follow-up. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly in both Spanish and English, creating a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk Manage patient check-in and check-out processes using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic and PatientNow Assist patients with intake forms, medical history updates, and consent documentation in multiple languages Provide detailed information about cosmetic procedures, pricing options, and financing plans to prospective patients Support sales efforts by promoting available services and products while maintaining excellent customer service standards Support marketing efforts Maintain organized medical records, ensure proper filing of clinical notes, and update patient information securely within EMR systems Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care plans and ensure smooth clinic operations Handle multi-line phone systems professionally, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls appropriately Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, typing reports, and managing office supplies using Microsoft Office tools Turn over / clean rooms, assist with procedure setup Meet one on one with patients to review and sell treatment plans Qualifications Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required; excellent communication skills in both languages are essential Prior clinic or medical office experience is highly preferred; familiarity with cosmetic surgery settings is a plus Experience with EMR/EHR systems such as PatientNow is highly desirable Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), typing (10 key), and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security at all times Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor; ability to handle phone etiquette professionally during high-volume periods Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation review and accurate record keeping Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy Join our team where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
