Job Description

Dental Receptionist / Treatment Plan Coordinator Full-Time | Monday-Thursday We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist / Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our boutique, privately owned startup dental practice. We are intentionally building a practice centered on personalized care, meaningful patient relationships, and attention to every detail of the patient experience . Our goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel known, heard, and genuinely cared for—not rushed through a high-volume schedule. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team and wants to help shape the growth and culture of a modern, patient-focused practice from the ground up. Responsibilities Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression Manage scheduling with an emphasis on patient convenience and practice efficiency Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with confidence and professionalism Verify dental insurance benefits and clearly communicate coverage and estimated patient responsibility Submit and follow up on insurance claims and pre-authorizations Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries with warmth and professionalism Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate patient care to ensure a seamless and personalized experience Qualifications Dental office experience is required Strong understanding of dental insurance verification, benefits, claims, and treatment estimates Experience with Eaglesoft is required Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Professional, dependable, and service-oriented Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment About Us We are a small startup private practice focused on delivering a higher level of care and service than patients typically experience in larger corporate dental settings.
