As a Medical Receptionist in our psychiatric office, you will play a vital role in creating a calm, welcoming, positive, and supportive environment for our patients. Your responsibilities will include answering phones with empathy, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and managing patient check-in and check-out with great customer service and professionalism. We are seeking someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, someone who has a great attitude, and experience in customer service.
