Ultimate IV & Wellness is seeking a professional, highly organized, and personable Medspa Front Desk Receptionist/Patient Concierge to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate has experience in the medical spa wellness setting and will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience, supporting our staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients, creating a warm and professional environment Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services, treatments, and pricing Assist with client check-in and check-out, including processing payments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms at all times Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and client record management Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies Educate clients on services and products in a clear and professional manner Follow up with leads consistently Provide a high-end welcoming experience and exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

Med spa receptionist or similar experience (required) Proven experience in sales with the ability to confidently communicate and guide clients toward appropriate services Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, friendly, and client-focused demeanor Has a positive attitude and genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry
