We are currently seeking a candidate with exceptional customer service to join our team as a medical referral specialist. The environment is a medical office for a well-known plastic surgery and medical spa company. We pride ourselves on being the largest Plastic & Reconstructive practice in the country! We are committed to providing the best experience and care for our patients.

Duties include:

Managing referrals from other doctors Scheduling new patients Insurance verification and authorization Checking patients In and Out Answering multiple phone lines Detail oriented Organized Scanning paperwork Must be able to multitask Collecting payments Checking medical claims were created and/or submitted Sanitizing and cleaning respective areas as needed Qualifications include: Customer service experience required Must be computer literate Ability to learn and understand medical terminology and vital signs At least one year of medical office/Dermatology/Plastic Surgery or Med Spa experience preferred Compensation/ Benefits (•Eligible for Full Time Employees): Benefits packages 401K Urbaniak Plastic Surgery participates in equal employment opportunities for all individuals and abides by EEOC and nondiscrimination provisions of all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
