Job Description

Gainesville Complete Dentistry, Dr. Gabriel A. Nossa , is excited to announce the opportunity for a new position for our team. We are excited to explore the possibility of the person being you if you match the following criteria: A little bit about our office: We are a patient-centered dental practice dedicated to creating an experience where patients feel known, respected, and genuinely cared for in our office. Our team is committed to supporting one another so we can deliver expectational care and meaningful and honest connections with every patient. We are looking for a full time experienced front office receptionist who understands that the first interaction sets the tone for the entire patient experience. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and passionate about creating a welcoming, efficient, and supportive environment. We have an officed dog (Simba) that works everyday with us!
Important Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage phone calls with excellent etiquette and clear communication
  • Schedule appointments and maintain efficient, accurate systems
  • Verify insurance when needed, process claims, and assist with treatment planning
  • Discuss financials confidently and compassionately with patients
  • Coordinate communication between patients, clinical team, specialists, and labs
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Ensure smooth daily front office operations. What we're looking for:

  • Positive attitude that contributes to a supportive office culture
  • Eager to learn and grow with the office Bonus experience (Preferred)
  • Dental front office experience (Eaglesoft, Excel, Itero, Dropbox)
  • Insurance verification and claims processing
  • Scheduling and treatment coordination
  • Strong communication across teams and with patients
  • Hourly pay will be decided based off of prior experience
