Assistant Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:45 AM-6:30 PM | Tuesday, Thursday 8:45 AM-2:00 PM We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone with a positive personality who enjoys interacting with patients and being an essential part of a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out Handle phone calls politely and professionally Support patient therapies and care as needed Perform administrative tasks including scheduling and Excel-based tasks Work independently while collaborating with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking abilities Proficiency with Excel Team-oriented and reliable Previous experience in a medical office or patient-facing role is a plus If you enjoy helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team that makes a difference in patients' lives, we'd love to hear from you!
