Job Description

ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Airway Dental & More is a patient-centered dental practice focused on airway health, comprehensive care, and long-term wellness. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and tech-savvy Receptionist to support our front office and help create an exceptional patient experience.
THE ROLE
This role is ideal for someone who communicates professionally, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and works well as part of a close-knit team. We value team members who are coachable, eager to learn, and committed to delivering a consistent, high-quality patient experience. As you join the team, you will initially focus on learning our systems, standards, and patient communication approach before taking on full scheduling responsibilities. We invest in training the right way — and we're looking for someone who embraces that process.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently Support patient scheduling as you are trained on our systems and workflows Confirm appointments and assist with schedule coordination as your role grows Greet and check patients in and out with warmth and attention to detail Verify insurance information and assist with insurance-related tasks Maintain accurate patient records and support clear internal communication Utilize Open Dental and other office technology systems Support front office organization and daily workflow Assist with sterilization and clinical support tasks as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience (required) Dental experience preferred Open Dental experience preferred Strong communication skills and a professional, caring demeanor Comfortable with technology and learning new systems Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Team-oriented with a positive attitude Coachable and open to feedback and continuous improvement

Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
