Job Description
We are looking for a new full-time team member to join us in providing excellent customer service in sales and rentals of medical equipment. Job duties will include - Answering phones calls from patients, Physicians, and Insurance companies. Taking orders accurately from Physicians and other referral sources. Checking insurance eligibility, coverage, and benefits. Creating electronic claims and billing them out. Helping walk-in customers. Assorted clerical duties. The person we are looking for will also share the following duties with other office staff members - Deliveries of medical equipment. You must be able to lift 50 pounds, several times a day. Warehouse and display area organization and cleaning. Maintaining records and compliance with all governing bodies. You should have at least some computer input experience You must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent You must be of good character, and be able to pass a thorough background check. You must also be able to pass a drug test, both before starting to work, and randomly thereafter.
