• Part-time, Full-time We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team.

This position is 4 days per week and requires rotating between two office locations. No prior experience is required — we provide training for the right candidate. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and enjoys working with patients in a professional medical environment.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in patients Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Enter and update patient information Verify patient insurance benefits Collect co-pays and process payments Maintain an organized and professional front desk Keep clinic areas clean and organized Assist patients with forms and general questions Coordinate with medical staff as needed Rotate between two office locations as scheduled

Qualifications:

No experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer skills Reliable transportation required for office rotation Professional appearance and attitude Bilingual is a plus

Training & Pay:

3-week training period provided $16
