Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Chiropractic Receptionist / Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your responsibilities will include managing patient intake, verifying insurance coverage, and maintaining accurate medical records. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills to support both patient care and clinic operations. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet and check in patients upon arrival Schedule and confirm appointments Maintain patient records and update information as needed Assist with basic office paperwork Respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner Coordinate with providers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations Perform other administrative and office support duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Medical office certification or related medical certification preferred Minimum of 2 years of receptionist, customer service, or medical office experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with computers and basic office software Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong asset and preferred, but not required Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity to grow within a healthcare setting
