The ideal candidate must have excellent phone and communication skills, a strong understanding of dental insurance claims processing, and experience handling patient collections.

Responsibilities Include:

Answering phones and scheduling appointments Greeting and assisting patients in a professional manner Filing and following up on dental insurance claims Managing patient accounts and collections General front office and administrative duties

Requirements:

Previous dental front desk experience required Excellent customer service and phone etiquette Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures Strong organizational and multitasking skills Clean, professional appearance and positive attitude We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional patient service.
