Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Medical Spa Receptionist to join our vibrant team! In this energetic role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, providing exceptional patient service while managing administrative tasks with precision and professionalism. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a seamless experience for clients from the moment they walk through the door. Duties Greet and check-in patients with a warm, professional attitude, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage appointment scheduling using SpaBooker Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette; provide information or direct calls appropriately. Support administrative functions such as filing, data entry (including 10 key typing), and managing medical office supplies. Assist with intake procedures, clinic documentation review as needed. Coordinate with medical staff regarding patient scheduling, follow-up appointments, and care instructions. Ensure smooth front desk operations by managing patient flow, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Skills Experience working with EMR/EHR systems such as EMA and/or spa booking systems such as SpaBooker Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with computer skills necessary for efficient office management. Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations. Prior spa or medical office experience is highly preferred; hospital experience is advantageous. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills for managing appointments, documentation review Knowledge of the medical spa industry is beneficial but not required. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
