IvanovOrtho.com What You'll Do Create a warm, professional first impression for every patient and parent Manage patient check-in, check-out, and day-to-day front desk flow Answer phones with professionalism, confidence, and excellent communication Schedule and confirm appointments while keeping the schedule organized and efficient Assist with financial discussions, payment collection, and treatment presentation support Help patients understand the value of treatment and guide them toward getting started Verify insurance and handle front-office responsibilities accurately and efficiently Maintain strong documentation, organization, and attention to detail Follow up with patients, support reactivation efforts, and assist with referral and marketing activities Support the team by following systems, completing tasks on time, and maintaining consistency in daily performance What We're Looking For Previous sales and customer service experience required Dental, orthodontic, or medical front desk experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Strong communication skills in person and over the phone Confident, professional, and personable Proactive and solutions-oriented Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Dependable, punctual, and consistent Coachable and able to follow direction well Strong comprehension and ability to learn systems and processes quickly Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Motivated to grow into greater responsibilities over time Why You'll Love Working Here Modern, professional orthodontic office Positive, supportive, and growth-oriented culture Training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities A team that values accountability, initiative, and excellent patient care Stable, growing practice where your work is appreciated
