The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. Responsibilities Manage patient scheduling, including appointments and follow-ups. Knows how and has experience working with all dental insurances. Knows how to present treatment plan and has sale experience in the dental field. Knows how to work with dental financing services. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure the clinic adheres to safety standards and maintains a clean environment. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care effectively. Eaglesoft Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a dental office or medical office environment. Experience working with all dental insurances. Treatment plan presentation and coordinator. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. Familiarity with managed care processes and utilization management is beneficial. Fluent in Spanish and English is preferred.
