Dental Receptionist Express Employment Professionals - 3.8 Miami, FL Job Details Full-time $18 - $22 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Spanish HIPAA Filing English High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front office operations, coordinate patient scheduling, and support the clinical team in delivering an outstanding patient experience. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive office experience. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments as needed. Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility. Collect patient information and maintain accurate records. Process patient payments and explain billing procedures. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes. Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and correspondence. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous dental or medical office experience preferred. Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes is a plus. Experience with dental practice management software preferred. English and Spanish is required for the role
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
