Role overview You'll be the first impression and the steady heartbeat at reception, welcoming guests, mastering the schedule, and ensuring every client feels seen, supported, and excited to return. What you'll do Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism; offer beverages and set the tone for a luxury visit. Manage phones, texts, and DMs; triage questions; convert inquiries to bookings.
Own the calendar:
schedule, confirm, and optimize provider time; coordinate pre- and post-care. Seamlessly check out clients; present memberships/packages and add-on services Maintain immaculate front-of-house: reception, lounge, retail displays, and inventory counts. Process payments, consent forms, and treatment notes accurately; protect client privacy/HIPAA standards. Capture before/after timing, gather reviews, and flag content opportunities for the marketing team.
Support small office tasks:
shipments, vendor calls, light inventory receiving, daily closing checklist. Qualifications & Qualities 1+ year in a medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery, salon/spa, luxury retail, or hospitality front desk. Fluent, polished communication, phone, text, and in-person; calm under pressure. Tech-comfortable Client-first mindset with product/treatment education. Bilingual English/Spanish Qualifications & Qualities 1+ year in a medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery, salon/spa, luxury retail, or hospitality front desk.
