✅ Receptionist Bilingual (English/Spanish)•Medical Frontdesk (South Miami) Job Summary We are looking for a bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our in-office team and assist with daily front desk operations, patient communication, appointment coordination, and administrative support. This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who is dependable, well-spoken, detail-oriented, and comfortable helping patients in person, over the phone, by email, and through online messages. In this role, you will greet patients, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, verify patient information, collect required documents, assist with basic insurance-related information, and help keep the medical office organized and running smoothly. The position requires clear communication, consistent follow-up, strong organization, professionalism, and a patient-focused approach. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with timely and professional follow-up Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and required documentation Assist patients with intake forms, registration, and front desk check-in procedures Update patient records accurately in the office system and internal tracking tools Check patient files for missing information and help maintain accurate records Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and team members Coordinate callbacks, appointment reminders, and follow-up communication when needed Maintain organized notes, patient files, spreadsheets, and front desk logs Assist with basic insurance verification and referral/document collection when needed Support daily office operations and routine administrative tasks Keep the reception area organized, professional, and welcoming Provide strong customer service before, during, and after each patient visit >> Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written Must be able to work in-office in South Miami Previous experience as a medical receptionist, front desk assistant, patient coordinator, customer service representative, healthcare support staff, or call center representative preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable speaking with patients by phone and in person Professional, patient, friendly, and customer-service focused Well-organized, dependable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time Able to work with patient records, office systems, online platforms, and digital files Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, including Sheets, Docs, and Gmail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle patient information professionally Detail-oriented and able to follow office procedures accurately Positive attitude and willingness to support the medical office team as needed >> Why Join Us In this role, you will support patients from the moment they contact or visit the office, helping them feel welcomed, informed, and properly assisted throughout the process.
