WHERE WE ARE LOCATED

• Current Openings for our two Brand Facilities (South Miami and Aventura).
• Certified Training for this position will take place in our both facilities.

Job Pay:

Base Pay $18+ per hour

• PLUS $250
• $1000 (average) Monthly bonus opportunities

Schedule:

In a nutshell, this position is

FULL TIME / 5

days per week between Tuesdays

• Saturdays.

Responsibilities and Duties:

This Role Consists of Providing Procedures AND Assisting with Clinical Operations. Which can be categorized in the following 3 groups below: 1. Treatment Specialist

• Complete training (paid at normal hourly rate) / certification provided by Laser Manufacturer
• AND•Vivace (Micro-needling RF) Certified Training (•NO experience / medical license required•)•Provide / Administer Laser Fat Reduction Non-invasive Procedure to several patients per day•Document and Capture Before and After Pictures•Conduct patient follow up evaluations to track progress before and after results•Ensures Customer Satisfaction and Patient Retention rates are as high as possible•Professionally communicates with patient complaint cases to preserve company integrity / prevent negative reviews etc.

and reports problem cases to management.

• MUST have experience / skills in customer conflict management
• Reports to Management and Clinical Supervisor (more on this Laser procedure / non-invasive technology at interview....) 2. Front Office / Clinical Operations (while not in treatment sessions with patients) Assist w/ Telephone functions
• Checking patients in and out.
• Create medical records for each patient.
• Perform other duties as assigned. 3. Scheduling
• Charge patients for programs / treatments at checkout (IF NEEDED)
• Schedule patient treatments / procedures / Follow ups
• Ensures patient treatment plan compliance via email, text and phone communications WHAT IT TAKES.
