Job Description
We are a thriving, fast-paced dental practice dedicated to providing top-tier care to our community. Our office is high-energy, efficient, and deeply collaborative. We believe that a great patient experience starts at the front desk, and we are looking for a vibrant, motivated professional to join our administrative team. The Role (What You'll Do): As the face of our practice, you will set the tone for our patients' visits. This isn't just about answering phones—it's about managing the flow of the day and supporting your team.
- Greet patients warmly and handle checking in/out efficiently.
- Manage a busy multi-line phone system and schedule appointments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
- Collaborate closely with clinical staff (assistants and hygienists) to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal daily flow.
