THE ROLE

Our front desk is the heartbeat of AURSPA. As our Client Experience Coordinator, you're the first voice clients hear and the first smile they see. You set the tone

• and that matters more than almost anything else here.

You'll be handling everything from phone calls and appointment scheduling to complex med spa transactions and HIPAA-protected client information. No two days look the same, and we think that's the best part. This role also has real growth potential. For the right person, a path into management is absolutely on the table.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Be the warm, welcoming first point of contact for every client
• in person and on the phone
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, and client communications across all service lines
• Process med spa checkouts including packages, memberships, and multi-service transactions
• Handle sensitive client information with professionalism and HIPAA compliance
• Educate clients on services and promotions and help guide them toward the right options
• Support the team in hitting monthly KPIs and revenue goals
• Navigate the occasional tough conversation with grace and a cool head
• Keep the front desk organized, polished, and running smoothly
• Sign for and assist with alcohol service (must be 21+ per Florida requirements)

• Maturity, reliability, and a service-first mindset
• Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets. Canva experience a plus.
• Availability for a rotating schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Experience in a med spa, aesthetic clinic, or luxury wellness/hospitality setting is strongly preferred.
