Job Description:
As the Front Office Administrator/Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our office operations, ensuring that every logistical and administrative task is handled flawlessly.
Your role will include:
Managing daily front office operations including the front office administrator who is responsible for appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, communication and reception duties. Oversee patient services, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Oversee referral programs, patient gifts and employee and patient relations. Drive billing process in alignment with revenue goals that include insurance verification, and financial arrangements to ensure financial goals are tied to appointment and scheduling strategy. Leading marketing efforts, including managing social media management, community outreach, ad placements, and spearheading campaigns. Foster a positive, productive office environment that enhances both employee morale and patient satisfaction. Engaging in special projects that promote clinic growth and enhance patient care Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
Who We Are Looking For:
Minimum of three years of proven experience in dental office management or a similar role, with the ability to oversee a wide range of administrative tasks, strategy and culture. Proficiency in dental practice software, particularly Eaglesoft, proficiency in handling modern office technologies to streamline operations and enhance patient service. Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to nurture a positive workplace culture and driving team performance. Strong emotional intelligence, with an ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative team environment. A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to business development and operational management. A commitment to personal growth and a passion for providing outstanding patient care.
