Job Description

Job Overview We are a patient-focused endodontic practice in Naples, Florida seeking a cheerful, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team full-time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating with patients, and working closely with a supportive team in a professional healthcare environment. The right candidate is reliable, professional, and brings a can-do attitude! On the job training on our internal systems and workflows will be provided. Your duties will include the management of our appointment schedule, insurance verification, and medical record maintenance all while providing a welcoming environment for all patients and visitors. Your energetic and detail-oriented approach will help foster a positive experience for patient from the moment they walk through our doors. Duties Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients professionally and warmly Schedule appointments accurately and manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Assist with Intake Procedures. This includes greeting patients warmly, verifying their information, and assisting with check-in procedures.
Note:
we use PBS Endo software - prior experience beneficial but not required Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and handle billing using dental coding standards including CDT Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless clinic operations and exceptional patient service experiences Help maintain comprehensive electronic health records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and health information management standards Process treatment payments and patient financial transactions Maintain a welcoming and professional front-office environment Qualifications & Desired Traits Friendly, outgoing, and personable demeanor Strong communication and customer-service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn Team-player mindset Comfortable using computers and office software Fluent English required Additional language skills are a plus Previous dental or medical office experience is beneficial, but not required Schedule Full-time (
Monday-Thursday:
9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
