Job Description

Job Summary A professional medical office in Orlando, FL is seeking a polished and customer-focused Medical Receptionist for a temp-to-perm opportunity. This role is ideal for an experienced Medical Front Desk Receptionist who enjoys creating a welcoming patient experience while keeping daily office operations organized, efficient, and professional.   • Welcome patients warmly and provide professional, attentive customer service at the front desk.
  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, including routing calls and handling patient inquiries.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks using Mac-based systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and front office workflow.
  • Assist with filing, faxing, mailing, scanning, copying, supply organization, and patient communication. Compensation and Benefits
