Medical Receptionist - Gastroenterology Office Oviedo / Winter Park Area We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Medical Receptionist to join our growing Gastroenterology practice in the Oviedo/Winter Park area. Our ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and check in patients and visitors Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails and tasks professionally Schedule and confirm patient appointments Collect patient co-pays and update insurance information Verify and process patient demographics and medical information Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality Assist with front office operations and administrative duties as needed Support the team in ensuring smooth daily office workflow What We're Looking For Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor and positive attitude Ability to work effectively in a team environment Prior medical office or receptionist experience preferred Why Join Our Team?
