Established Private Periodontal Practice Seeking Energetic Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist About Us We are a patient-centered private periodontal practice dedicated to providing advanced, high-quality care in dental implants, regenerative therapy, and laser periodontal surgery. Our team takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience in a warm, professional environment. We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing practice. Position Overview The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face and voice of our office. This role is essential to creating a positive first impression for our patients while helping keep the front office running smoothly and efficiently. We are seeking someone who is friendly, organized, motivated, and comfortable working closely with both patients and our clinical team. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival Answer incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism Check patients in and out efficiently Confirm appointments and help maintain the hygiene/recall schedule Import x-rays and assist with front office clerical duties Collaborate with the doctor and team to support excellent patient care and office efficiency Help ensure a smooth, organized, and welcoming front office experience for every patient Qualifications Prior dental office experience preferred Dental knowledge strongly preferred Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor Personable, polite, and confident on the phone Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player CPR/BLS certification preferred Bilingual or knowledge of a second language is a plus Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holidays Continuing education opportunities Supportive and professional work environment 401(k)
