Job duties will include scheduling patients for office visits, diagnostic testing, scanning and filing documents, communicating and coordinating care with clinical and administrative team members, verification of insurance eligibility, and also precertification for procedures. The ideal candidate will be the "face of the practice" and therefore must possess exemplary customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and must be adept with technology including: ATHENA EHR, payer portals, email and text communication.
