Check-In Receptionist Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities:
The Check-In Receptionist is responsible for welcoming patients, visitors, representatives and other customers by greeting and directing them in a friendly, prompt and helpful manner. The Check-In Receptionist will ensure the completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures, and scheduling of patients. During the check-in process the accounts are registered with the patient's demographics, insurance is verified and copay and deductibles are collected. Qualifications and Skills High School diploma or GED / equivalent required Minimum two years of medical office experience preferred Bilingual (English / Spanish) Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
