Job Description

The Customer Service Representative provides high-quality support over the phone while assisting with a variety of administrative and front-office tasks. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly and route them to the appropriate departments. Retrieve and manage voicemail messages, ensuring timely follow-up and call transfers. Sort and distribute incoming correspondence from multiple mail sources. Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. Notify staff of visitor arrivals and guide guests to the correct locations. Perform general clerical duties, including operating office equipment such as copiers and fax machines. Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Support additional projects and tasks as assigned. Safeguard sensitive information and uphold confidentiality standards. Schedule appointments, confirm details with patients, and document accurately in the electronic system. Follow established procedures to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant workplace.
Required Skills & Abilities EClinicalWorks Experience Bilingual:
English and Spanish fluent 1+ Years of Medical Receptionist experience
