Winter Park Vet is still GROWING! Our team is 90 strong! You may be just the person we are looking for to round out our highly skilled veterinary team! At Winter Park Veterinary Hospital, we're one of the few remaining large, family-owned practices in Central Florida and we've been that way for nearly 40 years. Here, you're not just a number. You're a valued part of a team that takes pride in caring for people and every kind of patient: dogs, cats, reptiles, avians, pocket pets, wildlife… even the occasional capybara, red fox pup, bald eagle, or wallaby! About the Role Our Client Advocates are much more than receptionists. They are the face and voice of Winter Park Vet, but more importantly, the voice for our clients; liaising between pet parents and medical teams, educating clients, guiding them through complex decisions with empathy, and ensuring every visit runs smoothly. If you have 2+ years of veterinary experience and want to elevate your career from CSR to Client Advocate, this is your next step! What You'll Do Educate and guide clients on care options at a high level Communicate and problem-solve across all hospital teams Support pet parents through stressful and emotional situations Ensure every detail of a visit from check-in to follow-up is flawless Greet clients and check them in for appointments with warmth and professionalism Use our point-of-sale system to process payments and schedule future visits Manage phone calls, emails, and other client communications efficiently
What We're Looking For Required:
2+ years in veterinary customer care or as a veterinary technician Local candidate within reasonable commuting distance Empathetic, team-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment Zero tolerance for drama with a focus on collaboration and great communication Compensation & Benefits We pay in the top 25% of Central Florida veterinary support salaries. Final pay is based on your experience, skill, and ability to excel in our fast-paced teams.
