What You'll Be Doing :
Insurance Coordination :
You'll be the go-to person for verifying insurance benefits, submitting and tracking claims, and working with insurance companies to get things sorted.Scheduling :
You'll keep our schedule running smoothly by booking appointments, handling cancellations/reschedules, and making sure we're staying on track.Treatment Planning :
You'll work closely with the doctor to explain treatment plans to patients, answer any questions about insurance coverage, and help patients understand their options (financially and clinically).Team Leadership :
We're looking for someone who's not only great with patients but also knows how to lead the front office team, keep everyone motivated, and maintain a chill, collaborative atmosphere.General Front Office Support :
You'll be keeping patient records updated, handling financials, and providing overall support to the team when needed.What We're Looking For :
A team player who's eager to pitch in and help wherever needed—whether that's answering calls, assisting with treatment planning, or just making sure things run smoothly. Leadership skills-you don't have to be in charge of the whole office, but we need someone who can step up, stay organized, and guide the team when things get busy. Someone with a chill, easygoing attitude , but still knows how to get the job done and take care of patients. We like to keep things positive and lighthearted, but we also take pride in what we do. Experience in a dental office is a MUST (especially with insurance, scheduling, and treatment planning), A solid understanding of insurance processes , dental terminology, and office software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) is helpful, but not a dealbreaker if you're willing to learn.What You'll Get :
