Our team of skilled providers, clinical staff, and administrative professionals work together to create a welcoming, patient-first environment. We are currently seeking a Front Desk Coordinator who will be the face of our practice and play a key role in ensuring a positive patient experience from start to finish. Job Summary As the Front Desk Coordinator , you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and vendors. Your responsibilities will include managing front office operations such as patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and general administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a warm, professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude Check patients in and out for appointments efficiently and accurately Verify and update patient insurance and personal information Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments Collect co-pays and process payments Maintain a clean and organized front office area Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Assist with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a medical practice front desk required Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
