Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant to support our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong medical administrative skills, and have a passion for helping others. In this role, you will facilitate patient intake, assist with clinical procedures, and ensure smooth clinic operations while maintaining a welcoming environment for diverse patient populations. Duties Greet and assist patients in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication and comfort throughout their visit. Conduct patient intake by collecting medical histories, recording vital signs, and updating electronic health records (EHR) systems accurately. Support chiropractors during examinations and treatment procedures, including preparing treatment rooms and assisting with modalities. Manage appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and administrative documentation to optimize clinic workflow. Educate patients on post-treatment care instructions, and lifestyle modifications as directed by the chiropractor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas, adhering to health and safety standards at all times. Collaborate with team members to improve patient service delivery and ensure efficient clinic operations. Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required; excellent communication skills in both languages are essential. Prior experience in a medical or chiropractic setting is highly preferred, especially within outpatient clinics or hospital environments. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical administrative support processes. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient care activities. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while providing compassionate patient service. Experience working in fast-paced healthcare settings such as hospital medicine, urgent care, or trauma centers is a plus. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
