About Us Douglasville Dental Excellence is a modern dental practice in Douglasville, GA focused on relationship-based dentistry, cosmetic care, and same-day appointments . We prioritize each patient's comfort and long-term oral health in a supportive, fee-for-service environment where quality care comes first. About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Coordinator & Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong dental office experience , proficiency in insurance and billing , and the ability to present treatment plans with confidence and compassion. Treatment Coordination Responsibilities Present treatment plans clearly and confidently — educate patients on procedures, benefits, and urgency of care Serve as the patient advocate — address concerns, answer questions, and build trust throughout the treatment journey Conduct case acceptance conversations — help patients understand their options and move forward with recommended care Provide financial counseling — explain fees, insurance benefits, out-of-pocket costs, and financing options Coordinate payment plans and third-party financing (CareCredit, etc.) Follow up on unscheduled treatment plans — re-engage patients who haven't booked recommended procedures Track and improve case acceptance rates to support practice growth Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure seamless handoff from diagnosis to treatment completion Make post-treatment follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction and address any concerns Front Desk Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient flow Verify insurance eligibility , submit claims, and follow up on outstanding claims Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation in Dentrix Handle patient check-in/check-out and collect payments Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment Support the team with general administrative duties as needed Requirements Dental office experience (required) Treatment plan presentation experience — case acceptance and financial counseling Insurance and billing knowledge — verification, claims submission, and follow-up Dentrix proficiency (required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and create a comfortable experience for patients Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional, patient-focused demeanor Reliable, team-oriented , and self-motivated Benefits & Perks 4-Day Work Week 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Sick Leave Paid Holidays Collection-Based Bonus Supportive, Team-Oriented Environment Consistent Schedule with No Insurance-Related Stress How to Apply Send your resume to mailto:k2kdentistry@gmail.com or call (770) 949-5393 .
