Our team prioritizes building long-term relationships with our patients through compassion, trust, and personalized service. Position Overview We are looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression and ensuring every patient experience is smooth, efficient, and caring from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and check in patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments with attention to patient needs Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy Verify insurance benefits and assist patients in understanding their coverage Process billing, collect payments, and discuss financial arrangements Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Coordinate with the clinical team to support efficient patient flow Always uphold a high standard of customer service and patient care Qualifications Experience in a dental front office. Familiarity with dental insurance and billing processes Experience with dental software ( Eaglesoft, or similar) is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities A compassionate, patient-centered approach and positive attitude What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and team-oriented work environment 401k Paid holidays
