What Youll DoAs our Office Manager, youll be the heartbeat of our practice, collaborating directly withthe CEO, Clinical Director, and Leadership team. Your role will focus on people,process, and technologyensuring that our operations run smoothly, our team feelsempowered, and our patients receive outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Development:

Hire, train, and motivate a cohesive team to excel indelivering quality patient care.

Operational Management:

Oversee billing, administrative duties, and manageoffice schedules for seamless operations.

Patient Experience:

Work closely with our Clinical Director to elevate patientcare and satisfaction.

Financial Oversight:

Monitor cash flow, billing, and productivity to support thefinancial health of the practice.

Tech and Facilities:

Implement top-notch technological solutions and ensurefacility maintenance.

Compliance and Security:

Maintain the highest standards in compliance,HIPAA, OSHA, and security protocols.

Marketing and Reputation Management:

Collaborate on marketing initiatives,grow our online presence, and drive patient engagement.
