We blend western and holistic medicine to support clients individually in their wellness journeys. See us featured in Little Guide Augusta where we have been proudly displayed for the last few years. Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Medical Spa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication skills, and proficiency in scheduling appointments. Any specific service terminology and procedures will be trained on the job. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the clinic. Manage incoming calls, providing information and directing inquiries as necessary while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Process payments. Maintain accurate patient records and files, including updating information as needed. Inventory supplies. Maintain logs. Support the overall efficiency and cleanliness of the office. Remain current on mandatory trainings/ cross training. Support lead practitioner with service set-up and sanitization Requirements Must have own reliable transportation.
- Must have medical spa, spa , or medical office related experience
- Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent. Must be able to pass background check/drug test if requested. Must have three professional references.
