We're looking for a Medical Secretary to provide high‑quality secretarial support to our Paediatricians and ADHD Practitioners. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring clear, timely communication that supports safe and effective patient care.

You'll be responsible for accurately transcribing dictated medical reports using a digital dictation system, preparing clinical correspondence and working collaboratively with fellow medical secretaries as part of a supportive team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is organised, detail‑focused and motivated by contributing to positive outcomes in paediatric services.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately type and process dictated medical reports and correspondence from Paediatricians and ADHD Clinics, ensuring timely distributionPrepare and forward health reports and adoption medicals to relevant professionals within required deadlinesLiaise with external and internal professionals as needed to support effective communicationManage team task lists and shared Outlook mailboxes efficientlyAct as a key point of contact for clinical staff, responding to queries and providing administrative supportConfidently use Microsoft Office applications and in‑house clinical database systemsPlease see job description attached for full details of the role.
