Key Responsibilities:
TRUE PASSION FOR PROVIDING CONSISTENT, EMPATHETIC, PATIENT SERVICES!
Collaborate with the front office and dental team to ensure efficient scheduling and new patient flow. Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits, processing pre-authorizations, and navigating coverage details. Coordinate appointments with clinical staff, ensuring that all necessary resources and information are prepared in advance. Meet with patients to discuss recommended treatment plans, procedures, and associated costs. Present financial options and work with patients to establish payment plans as needed. Update patient records, tracking treatment plans and follow-up care in the practice management software.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in dental assisting, healthcare, or administration is a plus. Welcoming, supportive, empathetic approach to patient care is a MUST! Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear, patient-friendly way. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask. !
