Primary duties will be:

• Answering and triage of phone calls
• Taking detailed and accurate messages
• Appointment scheduling
• Insurance verification
• Patient check-in/ check-out
• Collecting patient payments
• Other basic receptionist duties and assisting other office staff and Medical Assistants, as needed.

Must have strong verbal, telephone, and computer skills. We are looking for a team player, who can multi-task and provide excellent customer service to our patients. Medical Receptionist experience is preferred.

Hours:
