Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Job description: We are a busy and welcoming orthodontic office seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Manage patient check-in and check-out processes Schedule and confirm appointments Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions Verify insurance information and assist with basic billing inquiries Collect payments and provide receipts Maintain accurate and organized patient records Support daily front desk operations and coordinate with the clinical team

Requirements:

Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using computers and scheduling software Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
