Orthodontic Front Desk Coordinator Our growing orthodontic practice is seeking a professional, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow efficiently Answer and direct incoming phone calls Verify insurance eligibility and assist with treatment coordination Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Process payments and discuss financial arrangements with patients Support daily front office operations and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office preferred Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with dental practice management software is an asset Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
