Join the MercyOne Genesis Family! We are looking to hire a Clinical Office Secretary! As a Clinical Office Secretary at MercyOne Genesis, you will work independently to complete data entry of physician diagnostic orders, processing of patient registration and scheduling information, and provides results reporting to referring physicians. You will also serve as a patient/family receptionist and provides information for inter and intradepartmental inquiries from patients, family, physicians, and others. This is not a front desk position but a phone position working with patients and physician offices

Schedule:

Part time .5 (20 hours per week) Monday- Friday 8am - 4:30pm
