Job DescriptionQuad City Physical Therapy is looking for a motivated and compassionate Medical Receptionist/Technician Hybrid to join our team. This unique dual-role position plays a vital part in both front office operations and patient care support, helping ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for every patient. This position is responsible for daily patient care and takes direction from the physical therapists by performing treatment-related exercise programs and/or patient-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in patients, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient accounts.

Handle clerical tasks including data entry, filing, referral tracking, collections, and completing system tasks.

Assist licensed physical therapy staff by observing patients during therapeutic exercises, ensuring safety and proper technique while under direction of licensed clinical staff.

Prepare patients for therapy sessionsMaintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and shared spaces; launder linens and sanitize treatment areas.

Assemble, disassemble, and maintain therapy equipment to ensure functionality.

Perform clinic opening and closing duties, including securing the facility
