Iowa Dermatology Clinic (IDC) and RC Dermatology Clinic (RCD) is looking for talented individuals to join our amazing team! IDC/RCD is hiring a Medical Receptionist located at our South Des Moines clinic . Duties include but are not limited to: Greet patients and check patients in/out for appointments Handle incoming/outgoing patient communications (phone, e-mail, website) Schedule patient appointments via phone/in person Process patient payments Assist with appointment reminder calls and insurance eligibility verification Disseminate patient needs to Providers, Clinic, and other Administrative Staff Other duties as assigned
