Office Manager Pay:
$26•30 per hour (based on experience) We are seeking an experienced, friendly, and highly motivated Dental Front Desk Insurance Coordinator or Office Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping patients, keeping schedules full, and contributing to a positive office culture.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday:
8:00 AM•4:00
PM Friday:
9:00 AM•1:00 PM Patient hours are Mon-Thur 9:00 AM•3:00 PM We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently, stay organized, and help ensure the office runs smoothly every day.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing and filling the hygiene schedule Filling treatment appointments and minimizing openings Insurance coordination and verification Collecting patient payments Answering patient questions and addressing concerns Entering and maintaining patient information Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming experience for every patient Working closely with the clinical team to support office goals
Qualifications:
Dental office experience is required Insurance knowledge and scheduling experience required Strong computer skills Experience with Curve Dental software is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and stay productive without direct supervision
