Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Front Office Float at Allied Orthopaedics. This role will provide coverage across multiple clinic locations as needed and serve as a key point of contact for our patients and their care teams. Responsibilities include completing clerical duties, supporting front office workflows, and helping ensure smooth daily operations. The primary schedule for this position is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, with travel between two clinic locations. Availability on Mondays and Fridays is also a bonus to support occasional opening or closing staffing needs related to vacations or sick leave. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors promptly with a warm and helpful attitude Manage front desk operations including answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence Provide accurate information in person, over the phone, and via email Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed Respond to emergencies calmly and efficiently Prioritize and multitask effectively to ensure smooth office operations Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures) are stocked
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Professional appearance and demeanor Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, task prioritization, and time-management abilities Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a customer service role preferred Previous experience with eClinicalWorks is a bonus
