Medical Receptionist We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our growing healthcare team for a full time position. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients while supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently Process referrals and faxes accurately in a timely manner Handle incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries Maintain organized patient records and ensure confidentiality Familiarity with medical insurance coverage and basic administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a medical office or similar healthcare setting preferred Strong scheduling and calendar management skills Experience with referral processing and coordination Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of EMG systems preferred
