If you're a proactive, people centered professional who thrives in a fast paced environment, this opportunity is for you. What You'll Do Be the first point of contact for our patients, both in person and over the phone Manage a multi line phone system and patient scheduling across two locations Provide administrative support and ensure a smooth patient experience Coordinate with surgical and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care Handle insurance verifications and process basic billing inquiries

What We're Looking For Experience :

2 or more years in a dental and or medical front office setting required

Education :

High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or higher is a plus

Skills :

Strong computer proficiency, multitasking skills, and excellent communication A friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor Schedule Monday through Friday (hours may vary slightly based on clinic needs)
