Job Description

Medical Receptionist- Looking for a high energy, multi-tasker who loves working with people to work in a busy medical office. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing essential medical administrative support and ensuring a smooth operation of the medical office. Utilizing core skills such as , and exceptional patient service, you will handle front desk duties, manage medical records, and assist with administrative tasks. With relevant skills in customer service, filing, and multi-line phone systems, you will contribute to the efficient functioning of the healthcare facility. Join our team and be a vital part of delivering quality care to our patients.
Duties include:
Greeting and registering patients. Answering telephones. Scheduling appointments for physician schedules. Taking payments. Maintaining accurate patient information in the computer. Preparing charts for surgery. Position is full time with full benefits (401k, vacation, sick leave, medical and dental insurance). Core hours are Mon-Fri 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM. (We are NOT able to work around school schedules.) Qualifications Computer skills Patient service Office experience Clerical experience Familiarity with medical receptionist duties Understanding of HIPAA regulations Strong communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Training provided but excellent organizational skills and ability to multi task are a must. Must be able to pass background check. Salary depending on experience.
